 RETURNS

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging
  • The item should be in the same condition as received
  • You must provide proof of purchase (invoice/order ID)

 IMPORTANT NOTE

  • Returns without prior request will not be accepted
  • Return shipping charges may apply unless the product is damaged or incorrect

 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used food products
  • Perishable goods (like makhana once opened)
  • Sale items or discounted products

 DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCTS

Please check your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A wrong item

We will resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund.

 EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If needed, you can return the product (if eligible) and place a new order.

 REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified about approval
  • If approved, refund will be processed within 20-25 working days
  • Amount will be credited to your original payment method
